About the role

  • The Revenue Operations function is responsible for driving effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainable growth across CFC by aligning all revenue‑generating activities, processes, and resources for our global broker partnerships.
  • As Deputy to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a central role in optimising every stage of the sales funnel—enhancing performance, streamlining sales technology, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Help evolve our Management Information strategy and unlock the full value of our new Broker Relationship Management platform (CRM).

Requirements

  • You’re an influential stakeholder partner with deep knowledge of the insurance market and broker dynamics.
  • With strong analytical capability, you turn data into clear commercial insight and action.
  • Highly organised and detail‑driven, you excel at managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading CRM initiatives and optimising the sales funnel.
  • Clear communication, adaptability, and strong time‑management skills.
