About the role
- Create and update salary tables
- Review new hires and salary changes
- Monitor and control personnel budget
- Analyze and monitor salary policies
- Update and maintain job descriptions
- Conduct internal and benefits surveys
- Analyze and update organizational structure
- Track and support performance evaluations
- Support internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, meeting deadlines and clear, effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Production Engineering, or related field
- Advanced English (will be tested)
- Creative, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Resilient
- Enjoy working on organizational challenges
- Energetic and motivated to work in the fast-paced environment of international trade
- Knowledge of payroll/personnel administration and benefits is a plus.
