About the role
- Building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of provider data products.
- Making healthcare more efficient, accessible, and innovative.
- Automating licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring.
- Enhancing visibility into the entire provider network management process.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in analytics, BI, or production reporting, including experience sharing strategic recommendations
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex data sets
- Experience using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Background in operations or production analytics, including capacity planning, backlog reporting, and throughput analysis
- Ability to simplify complex data and clearly explain insights and recommendations
- Comfort working in fast-moving and evolving environments
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, trusted reporting
- Nice to Have: Experience in credentialing, provider data, or healthcare operations
- Familiarity with workflow systems, operational SLAs, and production-style work
- Experience creating forecasting models for volume or productivity
- Experience working with global, remote teams
