About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel and proactively proposing solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Define, build, and operationalize core sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
- Own the end-to-end administration of sales commission structures, ensuring tracking is accurate, transparent, and motivating for the team.
- Manage and optimize our GTM tech stack, specifically Salesforce and Gong, to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Support the implementation and reinforcement of sales methodologies to create a predictable and repeatable sales motion.
- Own major initiatives solo—from selecting new vendor tools to redesigning the lead-to-cash workflow—with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Individual Contributor DNA: You enjoy being "hands-on-keys" and have a proven track record of owning complex projects from conception to completion.
- Analytical Rigor: Expert-level skills in sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
- Experience in roles where you were the primary owner of Sales Ops systems and processes (not just a contributor).
