• Support acquisition of global accounts and tier 1 and 2 international enterprises
• Manage buying and selling processes and overall account profitability
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and market share
• Lead and develop the team's technical and professional skills
• Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related matters
• Communicate account progress and new requirements to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise contract amendments for organizational compliance and conduct quality checks
• Represent CEQUENS at industry events and conferences and ensure measurable ROI
• Keep the trading team updated on industry changes and developments
• Oversee invoice collection follow-up when needed
• Establish trader objectives and KPIs aligned with company strategy
