Administration

• Manage day-to-day Epicor CMS 6.1 administration, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and security.
• Configure and support key modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Sales Orders, Pricing, Warehouse Management, and Financials.
• Coordinate with Epicor support and third-party vendors on upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
• Maintain development, test, and production environments.
• Optimize ERP workflows within a manufacturing environment, including: High-volume SKU management and part supersession, Vendors lead times and backorder management, Manufacturer programs, Multi-warehouse inventory management.
• Ensure ERP workflows support fast order turnaround, accurate inventory availability, and efficient logistics operations.
• Partner with departments, Epicor and 3rd party vendors along with Company Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing to map business processes.
• Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies and support system improvements.
• Support business requirements into ERP configuration or technical changes.
• Oversee and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Assist in maintaining dashboards, operational reports, and KPIs.
• Utilize SQL, and Epicor reporting tools to deliver actionable insights with department needs.
• Support data imports, exports, and migrations.
• Lead or support ERP enhancement projects, integrations, and module rollouts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Epicor CMS system support.
• Troubleshoot issues for both remote and onsite users.
• Develop and deliver ERP training sessions and user onboarding materials.
• Work closely with business leaders and operations teams to align ERP capabilities with company goals.
• Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure, security, and integrations.

ERP Administrator

Brand Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company vision, product roadmap, and long-term growth objectives.
• Maintain brand positioning, value propositions, tone, and visual identity across all product lines and customer segments.
• Serve as internal brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards across all business units and channels.
• Lead brand and messaging strategy for new product launches, product refreshes, and major platform releases.
• Develop product positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer-focused messaging for firearms, accessories, and parts portfolios.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate technical features into compelling customer benefits.
• Support pricing strategy, product naming, packaging, and merchandising decisions.
• Oversee development of marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, website content, trade show assets, videos, advertising, and dealer collateral.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, dealer networks, distributors, and industry events.
• Manage content strategy, storytelling, and brand narratives that reinforce reliability, performance, safety, and craftsmanship.
• Develop branded sales tools and enablement materials to support dealer and distributor networks.
• Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment between brand strategy and field execution.
• Support channel-specific marketing programs and co-op initiatives.
• Ensure all branding, advertising, product claims, and promotional materials comply with ATF, ITAR, export control, state regulations, and industry standards.
• Partner closely with Legal and Compliance to review and approve all external communications.
• Protect brand reputation through disciplined messaging, crisis communications support, and proactive brand risk management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, customer insights, and emerging market opportunities.
• Conduct brand health tracking, market research, and customer perception analysis to inform strategy and investment.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on brand performance, campaign ROI, and market positioning.
• Manage brand and marketing project prioritization.
• Establish scalable brand processes, templates, and governance standards across the organization.
• Be comfortable on camera and featured in the production of content marketing videos and media interviews.

Sales

• The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing, managing, and supporting assigned Key Accounts within a defined region.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with assigned accounts, as well as prospective customers.
• Provide best-in-class account management by developing, implementing and utilizing sales strategies to grow Key Accounts within his/her assigned territory.
• Establish and attend frequent face-to-face meetings with accounts to ensure personalized account management services.
• Deliver on all monthly revenue goals using available sales tools and ensuring margin thresholds are met.
• Manage customer inventory levels and recommend adjustments based upon current sales cycles and market conditions.
• Work in conjunction with the marketing department to support sales initiatives.
• Gather and share market information; trends, changing market conditions, competitive activity, and customer initiatives with Sales Director as well as the Sr. Leadership Team of Century.
• Continuously pursue new opportunities to endorse, sell and add value to the company.
• Travel to conventions, meetings and tradeshows based on business demands.
• Report any concerns raised by Key Accounts to Sales Director and actively assist by generating solutions that ensure account loyalty and Century’s reputation is preserved.
