• Own and drive the overall QA strategy and process across the engineering organization
• Lead and mentor a small QA team, fostering best practices and continuous improvement
• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing
• Balance manual and automated testing to ensure efficient coverage
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and partner with DevOps for scalability
