About the role

  • Own a portfolio of complex, enterprise, and high-touch accounts
  • Develop, manage and generate expansion revenue through cross-sell and upsell
  • Plan and map out expansion plans using whitespace analysis
  • Manage CRM opportunities throughout the entire sales process
  • Contribute to account-based marketing initiatives
  • Lead complex, multi-product bids and proposals
  • Prepare executives for key meetings with materials and account strategies
  • Conduct regular business reviews to discuss account health and milestones
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with client executives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong relationship management and business development skills
  • Experience in cloud/digital capabilities
  • Consultative advisory skill set
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership
  • Strong commercial and quantitative skills
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
