About the role
- Own a portfolio of complex, enterprise, and high-touch accounts
- Develop, manage and generate expansion revenue through cross-sell and upsell
- Plan and map out expansion plans using whitespace analysis
- Manage CRM opportunities throughout the entire sales process
- Contribute to account-based marketing initiatives
- Lead complex, multi-product bids and proposals
- Prepare executives for key meetings with materials and account strategies
- Conduct regular business reviews to discuss account health and milestones
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with client executives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Experience in cloud/digital capabilities
- Consultative advisory skill set
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership
- Strong commercial and quantitative skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
