About the role
- Create and execute outbound merchant sales campaigns
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide solutions aligned with Centrapay's offerings
- Convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth
- Assist with pre-sales onboarding and post-sales support
- Maintain and update accurate customer and sales data
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in retail payments, ecommerce experience is a big plus
- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer focussed mindset
- Self-motivated, goal orientated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
- A solid customer-centric approach, and a passion for Sales
- Ideally you'll be based in Auckland
