About the role

  • Create and execute outbound merchant sales campaigns
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close
  • Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide solutions aligned with Centrapay's offerings
  • Convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth
  • Assist with pre-sales onboarding and post-sales support
  • Maintain and update accurate customer and sales data

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in retail payments, ecommerce experience is a big plus
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer focussed mindset
  • Self-motivated, goal orientated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • A solid customer-centric approach, and a passion for Sales
  • Ideally you'll be based in Auckland
