  • Oversee and grow an assigned client portfolio by providing exceptional service
  • Educate customers and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure timely renewals and deepen existing customer relationships

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS Sales environment as an account manager
  • Experience as an account manager in a health-tech space is a bonus
  • Experience using the CentralReach platform is a plus
  • Passion and ability to understand a client’s business
  • Extremely driven to help CentralReach sales and customers succeed
  • Experience in a changing environment
  • Embrace aggressive goals
  • Curiosity about the sales process and solutions being sold
  • Utilize Sales CRM tools such as SalesForce or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to account management
  • Ability to dive in with discovery questions
