• Aggressively develops new business through the Central States Building Works sales process.
• Performs ongoing market analysis of the competition, their offerings, and market penetration.
• Understands barriers for growth in territory and proposes corrective actions to address the barriers.
• Maintains an in-person presence in the market, visiting prospects, competition, and job sites.
• Train customers on product specifications, marketing materials, online tools, sales techniques, and product installation before hand-off to Account Management Team.
• Gathers market intelligence for pricing decisions.
