• Assess the deliverables and strategy currently conducted by the partner agency, identifying what is performing well and what needs adjustment or should be internalized
• Provide the Executive Board with indicators, performance analyses and technical recommendations to support strategic marketing decisions
• Present scenarios and recommendations on which activities to internalize and which to keep with the partner agency, based on performance and cost
• Structure and manage the annual marketing plan
• Translate commercial and Customer Success objectives into lead generation, retention and expansion campaigns
• Direct and supervise the partner agency on the fronts under your responsibility
• Develop and optimize the inbound marketing funnel
• Create and manage paid media, email marketing, automation and landing page campaigns
• Monitor metrics such as CPL, CAC, MQL, ROI and conversion rate
• Support Customer Success with value communications, engagement campaigns and customer re-education
• Build automation flows to reduce churn and drive cross-selling and up-selling
• Support Partnerships in attracting, activating and engaging new partners
• Produce success stories, co-branded campaigns and corporate content
• Create and maintain marketing and commercial performance dashboards, analyze data and generate insights
