• **What you'll do:**

• - Configure content types, metadata, and navigation structures for the intranet solution.
• - Build site and page templates to standardise user experience across the intranet.
• - Develop and deploy Viva Connections dashboards and integrate relevant Microsoft 365 applications.
• - Manage content migration processes using tools like ShareGate, including mapping, classification, and delta migration stages.
• - Conduct user testing and feedback sessions for MVP intranet sites.
• - Develop publishing approval workflows using Power Automate for content governance.
• - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and align intranet capabilities with organisational needs.
• - Facilitate workshops for metadata planning, information architecture, and user personalisation.
• - Implement branding guidelines for site themes, logos, and webparts.
• - Establish governance policies for content management and user access.
