About the role
- Help align training initiatives to company objectives
- Optimize learning evaluation strategies
- Identify key training outcomes and determine where additional interventions may be needed
- Analyze data from internal and external sources to provide actionable insights for decision-makers
- Develop resources like templates and guides for the learning & development team
- Gather learning metrics from past classes and support audits of technology solutions
- Monitor training program metrics and tie them to on-the-job stats
- Collaborate with stakeholders to report out on metrics and plan for future interventions
- Present data insights to clients
Requirements
- Experience on a learning and development team, either in learning design, learning analysis, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of technical experience in data analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
- Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
- Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
