About the role
- Provides timely and effective sales support to assist with the acquisition or retention of Specialty Pharmacy customers
- Builds and maintains relationships with the medical staff of physician offices
- Monitors prescriptions in process at CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy
- Resolves inquiries received by physician offices
- Participates in Sales Initiatives to increase Pull Through of prescriptions
Requirements
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT
- 1 or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
