About the role

  • Managing the day-to-day branch operations to ensure operational efficiencies, quality of patient care, regulatory compliance, and support of business development & patient base growth.
  • Supervising the branch/clinical staff.
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local laws regarding the certification and licensure process.
  • Long-range planning, fiscal viability, quality of care, and organizational performance monitoring.
  • Developing and organizing operations for the Branch.
  • Delivery of care for all patients served by the Branch by providing supervision and support to the Clinical Manager(s).

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with authorization to practice in the state of Virginia.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Two years as a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one-year of management experience in Home Health environment.
  • Home health experience is required.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably with Home Health or Hospice.
  • OASIS experience is required.
  • Revenue/Fiscal management experience is required.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
