💰 $60,000 - $65,000 per year

About the role

  • Formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessment
  • Complete timely clinical documentation
  • Create and update treatment plans according to policy
  • Provide therapy services based upon assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis
  • Respond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations and other clinical needs as applicable in virtual or face to face settings
  • Keep administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization
  • Respond to needs of clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care

Requirements

  • Hold a full independent TN license (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Use research-driven, evidence-based clinical practices and comfortable with short term therapy models
  • Can adapt quickly to new technology and processes
  • Have experience (or interest) in group therapy and telehealth
  • Keep EHR documentation current and accurate
  • Bonus: Experience with Phreesia or similar platforms, experience working with children in a virtual therapy setting, bilingual
