• Providing brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises
• Conducting outreach calls to individuals assessed by mobile crisis to promote safety
• Meeting ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation
• Attending team meetings, in-service training, supervision, and other quality assurance training
• Demonstrating high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
• Providing service linkage and referrals for programs, services, and other community resources
• Promoting a departmental culture of cooperation and collaboration with other cross-functional departments, community agencies, hospitals, mental health consumers, and the public at large

Call Center Agent

Director

• Serves as the primary fundraising leader for the assigned region, responsible for advancing the mission of the Centerstone Foundation through strategic philanthropy and relationship development
• Manages all aspects of regional fundraising, including major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation partnerships, and special campaigns
• Oversees a portfolio of approximately 100-200 mid-major and major donors and prospects
• Partners closely with regional executives, program leaders, and Foundation colleagues to identify funding priorities and design philanthropic strategies
