Affiliate Manager

• Internship program provides the opportunity to work with many clinical staff as supervisors and mentors.
• Students are encouraged to participate on multidisciplinary teams that can include psychiatrists, nurses, art therapist, counselors, social workers, recovery support specialists, and certified alcohol and drug counselors.
• The goal is for people in services to receive safe and effective care while also helping to develop well-rounded clinicians.

Clinical Internship – Bachelors Level Social Work, Psychology

Therapist

• Provide face-to-face consultation with classroom teachers to assist in creating a positive, trauma-informed classroom that enhances the learning environment.
• Provide training to LEA personnel on a variety of mental health and substance abuse prevention topics.
• Provide Liaison services between the school and the child's family to build open lines of communication.
• Maintain logs, tracking documents or other appropriate management tools needed to track all aspects of these services.
• Administer pre- and post-tests and satisfaction surveys as prescribed by the State.

School Based Behavioral Health Liaison Therapist

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to individuals in a community-based setting.
• Provide written documentation about clients’ progress as well as communicate collaboratively with team and community partners.
• Provide crisis intervention services in the community.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and updating treatment plans with input from the client and family.
• Conduct clinical behavioral health assessments.
• Enters written documentation into Electronic Medical Record in a timely manner for all services rendered.
• Provide supportive and educational counseling services (individual, family and group) to develop daily living and coping skills.
• Assist clients with developing natural support systems.
• Refer, advocate, and link clients and families to additional services as needed.

Licensed Therapist

• Position based in Tullahoma City School District (schools may be subject to change)
• Ability to formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessment
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Create and update treatment plans according to policy
• Provide therapy services based upon assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis
• Respond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations and other clinical needs as applicable in virtual or face to face settings
• Keep administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization
• Respond to needs of clients in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care

School-Based Therapist

Director

• Manage a portfolio of donors; formulate engagement strategies for increased giving year to year. May include corporate and private foundation donors/prospects. Travel within the assigned region to meet with donors and prospects, as well as some out of state travel for important occasions and select meetings. (Travel expenses are reimbursed.)
• Manage other aspects of a broader fundraising strategy, including corporate sponsors, stewarding foundations, annual donors, and friend/fund-raising events. This includes planning, scheduling and implementing fundraising activities to advance the gift pipeline and maximize private fundraising support for Centerstone.
• Expand our base of donors to perpetuate the donor pipeline.
• Partner with Board members to identify new prospects and donors, implement fundraising strategies and constituency building.
• Build, nurture and steward a culture of philanthropy internally; ensure effective, positive working relationships within Centerstone with colleagues.
• Write donor proposals, letters and other materials as identified. May include writing/submitting targeted grants, where there is a high probability of award, in collaboration with the Foundation’s Director of Private Grants, the CEO, and service area leads.
• Effectively leverage the chief executives, board members and other leadership in fundraising efforts.
• Develop strategies with colleagues to ensure goals, annual fundraising targets and benchmarks are met for Centerstone.

Director of Advancement

Consultant

• Part of a 24/7/365 high volume suicide prevention focused call team; provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and appropriate service linkage.
• Great for recent graduates seeking experience in crisis care and compassion in a dynamic team.
• Conduct telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, means restriction, and crisis intervention.
• Conduct outreach calls to individuals assessed by mobile crisis to promote safety.
• Maintain ethical and clinical standards in compliance with accreditation; attend team meetings, in-service training, supervision, and other quality assurance training.
• Demonstrate high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette; Provide service linkage and referrals for programs, services, and resources.
• Promote collaboration with cross-functional departments, community agencies, hospitals, mental health consumers, and the public.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed
