About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Military Services Department
  • Administrative functions including provider lifecycle management and communications
  • Ensure providers are efficiently credentialed, onboarded, and supported
  • Review military-specific training qualifications
  • Monitor shared communication channels
  • Help resolve billing and documentation inquiries
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in operational support and manage client and provider inquiries
  • Cross-train on additional operational roles as needed
  • Support provider onboarding, credentialing, and re-credentialing activities
  • Maintain accurate provider records in internal systems and EHR

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree or two years' of relevant experience with a high school diploma
  • Experience working with behavioral health or social services within the military community
  • Experience in healthcare operations, coordination, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications, CRM Platforms, Zoom, Workday, Excel, and Adobe
