About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Military Services Department
- Administrative functions including provider lifecycle management and communications
- Ensure providers are efficiently credentialed, onboarded, and supported
- Review military-specific training qualifications
- Monitor shared communication channels
- Help resolve billing and documentation inquiries
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participate in operational support and manage client and provider inquiries
- Cross-train on additional operational roles as needed
- Support provider onboarding, credentialing, and re-credentialing activities
- Maintain accurate provider records in internal systems and EHR
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree or two years' of relevant experience with a high school diploma
- Experience working with behavioral health or social services within the military community
- Experience in healthcare operations, coordination, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications, CRM Platforms, Zoom, Workday, Excel, and Adobe
