About the role

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Centerfield properties to drive efficient user acquisition.
  • Own end-to-end execution and optimization of campaigns, ensuring performance aligns with gross profit goals
  • Continuously optimize bids, budgets, filters, and targeting to improve efficiency and scale profitable traffic
  • Evaluate publisher sources, lead quality, and traffic patterns to optimize performance
  • Proactively identify optimization and growth opportunities and scale campaigns that deliver strong acquisition and conversion results.
  • Analyze traffic and conversion data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategy.
  • Build and execute structured testing roadmaps (A/B tests on creative, bids, filters, landing pages, audiences) to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to understand consumer behavior, funnel performance, and downstream conversion.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, diagnose issues, and guide bid, budget, and targeting decisions.
  • Produce regular performance dashboards and deep-dive reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Present clear, concise performance summaries to internal and external stakeholders, translating complex metrics into meaningful, data-driven takeaways.
  • Partner with product, engineering, business development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on targeting, funnel performance, and acquisition goals.
  • Work with product teams to test, refine, and launch new landing page and thank-you page experiences that improve conversion and overall funnel efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid search or paid social marketing campaigns with an ROI target
  • Experience in digital/performance marketing, media buying, lead generation, or growth marketing.
  • Strong understanding of real-time bidding, auction dynamics, and automated bidding strategies.
  • Experience managing campaigns to specific performance metrics and ROI goals.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Sheets; able to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Experience building dashboards and performance reports
  • Understanding of funnel optimization, landing page testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for sharing insights with cross-functional, leadership, and external clients
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, ask the right questions, and develop data-backed solutions.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
