About the role

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment, including development of recruitment strategies in collaboration with physician leadership
  • Position posting, candidate management, interviewing, and reporting
  • Successful recruiting of the highest quality physician and provider staff
  • Job duties also include Advanced Practice Provider recruitment

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. Three to five years of Physician/ Provider recruitment experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • One to three years of previous physician recruitment experience required
  • Experience with high volume recruitment required
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruitment required
  • Successful track record of candidate generation and placement
  • Strong skills of relationship building with internal customers
  • AAPPR credentials preferred
  • Strong candidate sourcing experience required
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Strong writing skills required
