About the role
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment, including development of recruitment strategies in collaboration with physician leadership
- Position posting, candidate management, interviewing, and reporting
- Successful recruiting of the highest quality physician and provider staff
- Job duties also include Advanced Practice Provider recruitment
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. Three to five years of Physician/ Provider recruitment experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- One to three years of previous physician recruitment experience required
- Experience with high volume recruitment required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruitment required
- Successful track record of candidate generation and placement
- Strong skills of relationship building with internal customers
- AAPPR credentials preferred
- Strong candidate sourcing experience required
- Oracle experience preferred
- Strong writing skills required
