About the role
- The Nurse Manager oversees 24/7 operations within the Virtual Command Center.
- Ensure adherence to protocols for inpatient monitoring, virtual sitter services, and home-based care programs.
- Monitor performance metrics (response times, escalation compliance, patient safety indicators).
- Apply Lean and process improvement principles to optimize workflows and program outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; Master’s is preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS & PALS certification required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of pediatric nursing experience is required; leadership experience is preferred.
