Primary contact for assigned market(s) for all Sales Support functions including onboarding, certifications and commissions
Act as primary contact for assigned service issues and provide fulfillment and delivery of pre-enrollment kits, enrollment and marketing supplies to producers nationally
Track compliance elements (license expirations, past due field evaluations, training, rapid disenrollments, etc.) and communicate certification status with field
Coordinate certification and recertification processes: generate/evaluate producer background checks, ensure licensure and appointments, data entry, create producer files, gather documentation
Interact with producers via phone, internet and email and maintain producer files to ensure compliance with organization policies, CMS requirements, and HIPAA
Perform data entry for all producer activity and use applicable WellCare systems
Provide service resolutions within targeted SLAs and serve as first line of contact for escalated service issues; aim for 1st call resolution
Research and resolve compensation issues and respond to inquiries via Field Magic and Customer Service ticketing systems
Respond to producer inquiries regarding CCP and PDP plans and partner with internal teams to facilitate producer workflow and commission issue resolutions
Conduct outreach to sales partners relating to certifications, applications, events and perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
A High School or GED
2+ years of experience in customer service or office related area required
2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
Fluent in all WellCare systems that are applicable to the field channel
Experience with Field Magic and Customer Service ticketing systems
Ability to interact with producers via phone, internet and email
Knowledge of CMS requirements and HIPAA regulations
Experience maintaining producer files, licensure and appointments, and background checks
