About the role
- Ensure that the administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant
- Support various operational tasks
- Answer team members' questions and provide support as needed
- Review benefit/formulary setup and testing
- Conduct data analysis to support operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care environment
- Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred
- Experience in quality process improvement efforts
- Skills in documenting requirements and creating training materials
