About the role
- Assisting members and clients at an assigned Fidelis Care office location
- Meeting daily performance standards and customer service standards
- Logging every interaction into Salesforce
- Complying with all NYSOH Marketing Guidelines
- Clarifying customer complaints and resolving issues
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing members
- Performing duties of higher rated positions for developmental purposes
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
- Ability to undergo rigorous internal training and pass a test with a minimum 85% score
