About the role
- Contributes to strategy and delivery of a product within a defined domain
- Collaborates with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define and capture requirements for feature enhancements and new functionality
- Collaborates with engineering leadership on product delivery, resourcing needs and timeline shifts
- Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
- Writes Stories/Spikes/Features with clear outcomes, milestones and acceptance criteria
- Drafts priority of feature backlog and refinement
- Assists with performance measurement of a defined product
- Monitors daily product and product testing metrics and overall product outcomes
- Executes the testing and validation of product features and functions as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 2 – 4 years of related experience
- 4+ years experience with agile software development practices, technology program and project management, business analysis preferred
