Manages the day-to-day responsibilities of a team focused on creating Enterprise-class data assets reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics
Supports the delivery of meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions
Partners with stakeholders to identify business requirements, prioritize requirements based on resources (budget/timeline) and manage the end-to-end design and development of solutions
Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by the team, clients, and stakeholders
Develops and/or refines procedures to improve results and leads change efforts to ensure sustainable improvement
Designs, develops, implements, and trains end-users on new BI and Analytical Solutions

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position
Master's Degree preferred
One or more of the following skills are desired: Power BI, SAS, Snowflake, Python
