About the role
- provide strategic guidance and operational support for process improvement initiatives within the Duals program
- focus on end-to-end process mapping, identifying gaps and opportunities
- assist in the development and implementation of process enhancements to optimize operational workflows
- collaborate across multiple functional areas to ensure process integrity and drive measurable improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- 6+ years managing projects required
- Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI required
- Process quality certification preferred
