About the role
- Leads the design, implementation, and communication of enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery plans and processes
- Conducts enterprise risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems
- Monitors and tests the plans and backup systems
- Develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization
- Completes IT DR recovery procedures and work with technical teams to co-create IT DR recovery strategies, architectures and procedures
- Manages the IT DR calendar, incorporating the activities designed to monitor the effectiveness of the IT DR framework
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience
- Experience with traditional infrastructure and cloud technologies and architecture
- Experience with resilient systems design principals
- Knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
- Experience with administration, configuration, implementation of application systems or software in the healthcare domain preferred
