Leads the design, implementation, and communication of enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery plans and processes
Conducts enterprise risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems
Monitors and tests the plans and backup systems
Develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization
Completes IT DR recovery procedures and work with technical teams to co-create IT DR recovery strategies, architectures and procedures
Manages the IT DR calendar, incorporating the activities designed to monitor the effectiveness of the IT DR framework

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience
Experience with traditional infrastructure and cloud technologies and architecture
Experience with resilient systems design principals
Knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
Experience with administration, configuration, implementation of application systems or software in the healthcare domain preferred
