About the role
- Implements and executes all forms of performance testing services using automated testing tools
- Designs, develops, and writes performance test scripts
- Optimizes the overall test process
- Creates charts of performance test results for further investigation
- Translates performance specifications/requirements/criteria into effective test designs
- Supports the test team by recommending tools and processes
- Designs, builds and executes performance tests to validate application quality
- Provides leadership, mentoring and technical oversight within team
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Software Development; Software Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge of Other: Java 1.8, TestNG/Junit, JMeter/LoadNinja/JProfiler or other industry standard Performance testing tools
- Experience with Programming Concepts; Programming Tools
- Knowledge of Other: CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of Other: UI automation tools such as Selenium (Java)
- Knowledge of Other: AWS
