About the role
- Administers and configures software and infrastructure services on the cloud platform (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Manages cloud infrastructure as code
- Automates deployment and administration
- Ensures security of cloud components
- Works with the DevOps team to manage upgrades, enhancements, and software migrations
- Develops monitoring solutions for cloud environments
- Communicates regularly with Development, Network, and Security groups
- Builds and maintains capacity plans for cloud deployments
- Develops and implements technical efforts to design, build, and deploy cloud applications
- Delivers continuous integration and delivery pipeline for development teams
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 0 – 2 years of related experience
- programming languages such as Java, C, Scala, Python, Erlang, Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes, and Cloud Foundry
- infrastructure automation languages such as Shell Scripting, Python, and Golang
- configuration management software such as Ansible, and AWS SSM
- networking and firewall concepts and troubleshooting
- Curious about AI, developer platforms, and automation
- Experience with Terraform
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-evolving cloud ecosystem
