About the role
- Own and lead enterprise marketing strategy aligned to aggressive growth objectives
- Drive demand creation and measurable pipeline acceleration across target segments
- Define and sharpen competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving market
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, media, events, and content
- Elevate brand consistency and differentiation across every customer touchpoint
- Build, mentor, and scale a high performing marketing organization
- Guide agency partners while maintaining strong internal ownership of brand direction
- Partner cross functionally to align product, sales, and marketing strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing in a high growth, performance driven organization
- Strong demand generation and pipeline creation expertise
- Deep experience in brand development and competitive positioning
- Demonstrated success leveraging digital and social platforms to drive awareness and demand
- Strong creative direction and visualization capabilities, including video storytelling
- Experience managing media strategy and external agency relationships
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at the board and senior leadership level
- Experience scaling marketing through significant stages of revenue growth
