About the role
- Lead Higher Ed priority programs and establish PMO governance across the GTM organization
- Drive execution through business process design and portfolio oversight
- Build and empower teams in a matrixed organization
- Own program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage risk, issues, and accelerate decision making
- Act as the primary communicator for the program
Requirements
- Extensive experience driving large-scale Enterprise transformational initiatives
- Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity
- Executive level communicator and active listener
- Knowledge of Salesforce solutions and experience with AI Productivity tools
