• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels, from entry-level to executive leadership.
• Facilitate leadership and team-building sessions aimed at improving communication, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to ensure the application of new skills in the workplace.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify areas for improvement and skill gaps within the workforce.
• Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to assess employee training needs.
• Analyze performance data and employee feedback to adjust training programs accordingly.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and other evaluative tools.

• Supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Achieve annual sales targets both individually and through team leadership.
• Build and execute strategic account plans for key sponsors and CROs.
• Develop new sponsor relationships and expand existing partnerships.
• Promote CenExel’s network of clinical trial sites and capabilities.
• Ensure accurate CRM usage across the BD team; maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting discipline.
• Partner with Operations, Budgets & Contracts, and Executive Leadership to drive cross-functional alignment.

• Work closely with research site leadership and regional and corporate HR in providing full cycle recruiting.
• Find, attract, and hire talent across assigned clinical research sites.
• Fill entry, mid, and upper-level positions across geographically dispersed CenExel research sites.
• Collaborate with research site leadership to understand site-specific needs.
• Enter, update, and track information within applicant tracking system.
• Leverage online recruiting tools and social networking platforms.
• Develop position postings; screen resumes; interview candidates, track and report candidate status.
• Evaluate applicant knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure alignment with position needs.
• Analyze turnover and retention metrics.
