About the role
- Execute and manage transactional activities in SAP and related systems
- Provide day-to-day operational and system support across terminals, freight, and plant operations
- Maintain accurate operational data (production, inventory, energy, materials) and ensure timely updates
- Monitor inventory balances, adjustments, and variances, and support physical counts and reconciliations
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems, resolve discrepancies, and generate standard operational reports to support performance tracking and decision-making
- Support audits (e.g., PACS), internal controls, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders
- Provide system and process training to plant personnel and drive improvements in workflows, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Manage data requests and deadlines, ensure system integrity, and recommend corrective actions to support operational and financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, heavy industry or plant operations
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication with new hires and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance in managing operational information and processes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PC-based applications
- Experience working with databases, operational reporting systems, and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Familiarity with production, inventory, and consumption data in an industrial environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
