About the role

  • Execute and manage transactional activities in SAP and related systems
  • Provide day-to-day operational and system support across terminals, freight, and plant operations
  • Maintain accurate operational data (production, inventory, energy, materials) and ensure timely updates
  • Monitor inventory balances, adjustments, and variances, and support physical counts and reconciliations
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems, resolve discrepancies, and generate standard operational reports to support performance tracking and decision-making
  • Support audits (e.g., PACS), internal controls, and compliance activities
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders
  • Provide system and process training to plant personnel and drive improvements in workflows, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
  • Manage data requests and deadlines, ensure system integrity, and recommend corrective actions to support operational and financial performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, heavy industry or plant operations
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication with new hires and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance in managing operational information and processes
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PC-based applications
  • Experience working with databases, operational reporting systems, and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Familiarity with production, inventory, and consumption data in an industrial environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
