About the role
- Execute and manage transactional activities in SAP and related systems
- Maintain accurate operational data and ensure timely updates
- Monitor inventory balances, adjustments, and variances
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Support audits, internal controls, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders
- Provide system and process training to plant personnel
- Manage data requests and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, heavy industry, or plant operations
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PC-based applications
- Experience working with databases, operational reporting systems, and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Familiarity with production, inventory, and consumption data in an industrial environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
