Business Development Rep

• We are hiring a Business Development Representative (F/M/D) to join our sales team and identify new business opportunities for CELUS Design Platform.
• In this position you will develop potential leads, converting them into sales opportunities, and ultimately driving them to successful sales wins.
• Develop strategies and tactics to create sales opportunities, enhancing the company’s sales pipeline
• Create and manage sales pipeline at targeted accounts, focusing on high-potential prospects
• Strategically convert leads into sales meetings, and drive these meetings to result in successful sales wins
• Define and implement workflows and best practices to ensure an optimal conversion rate from leads to orders
• Develop and implement repeatable and scalable processes to support the growth of the sales organization
• Represent the company at trade shows and other industry activities globally, and support direct customer meetings as required to drive business growth
