About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning their long-term strategic goals with the Celonis technical vision.
- Lead the overarching data, cloud, and innovation strategy for our largest global accounts, utilizing methodologies like Capability Mapping to identify high-value opportunities.
- Architect "first-of-a-kind" solutions using emergent technologies like Agentic AI to solve complex enterprise challenges.
- Partner with Sales and Value Engineering driving revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic up-selling.
- Act as a critical feedback loop between our Product & Engineering teams and the market, ensuring the voice of the customer shapes our future offerings.
- Develop and deliver customer-facing position papers, assets, and presentations that establish our brand as a leader in architecture and innovation.
Requirements
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally having served as a CTO at a consulting firm, as Field CTO at a software vendor, or Director/VP of Enterprise Architecture within a major corporation.
- Proven track record of presenting complex technical visions to C-suite stakeholders in a way that emphasizes business value.
- Deep experience in Enterprise Modernization, EA Methodologies, and a robust understanding of Agentic AI.
- Ability to pivot from high-level architecture diagrams to hands-on demo.
- Excellent background in Data Architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS solutions like Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of at least one ERP SAP or Oracle or in alternative strong domain expertise in high regulated industries like Financial Services.
- MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT-related field.
