About the role
- Develop growth strategy for the proxy business in Zambia
- Identify new business opportunities, sectors, and customer segments for existing business
- Set and achieve revenue, client acquisition, and market share targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Act as the primary local point of contact for major accounts
- Establish partnerships with local businesses, service providers, regulators, and agents
- Coordinate local operations to ensure smooth delivery of proxy services
- Prepare regular reports on sales, growth, market insights, and risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or market expansion
- Strong understanding of the Zambian business environment
- Proven track record of growing revenue
