Account Executive

• Sell Cellofoam products to businesses and groups of individuals
• Serve as lead point of contact for corporate customers in the sales territory
• Deliver top- and bottom-line business growth by understanding cost, price, value, and profitability drivers
• Prepare proposals, quote prices, and promise delivery within established limits
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships and maintain tactical-to-executive customer contacts
• Identify territory growth opportunities through cold calling, call reports, account plans, and sales-team collaboration
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate monthly and quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop existing-customer business and identify improvements to exceed sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales, budget results, and annual forecasts
• Prepare and maintain strategic account plans and assist with high-severity requests or escalations
• Monitor competition, pricing, products, new products, and production schedules
• Develop and maintain the project and sales funnel
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and other required sales, expense, market, and competitive reports
• Investigate customer complaints, provide service, and help resolve problems
• Work with other departments to resolve issues
• Maintain compliance with corporate business-conduct standards and Federal anti-trust laws
• Adhere to company focus areas: Safety, Financial, Customer, and People
