• Build and maintain a structured document management system for all sustainability and compliance records.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely updates of certification-related documentation.
• Manage controlled documents in line with audit and certification body requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on supplier compliance with sustainability regulations and certification standards (SBP, GGL, FSC, PEFC, etc.).
• Conduct regular supplier assessments and maintain compliance trackers.
• Manage the Due Diligence System (DDS) and ensure robust product traceability across the supply chain.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation packages for scheduled and unannounced audits by certification bodies (CBs) or customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Track and close non-conformances identified during audits.
• Compile and deliver sustainability and compliance reports tailored to individual client requirements.
• Support preparation of customer due diligence questionnaires and sustainability disclosures.

Sustainability & Compliance Executive

• Manage CellMark’s global tax compliance
• Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies
• Support the business in transfer pricing matters
• Drive and maintain OECD Pillar 2 compliance processes
• Manage dispute resolution and tax audits
• Prepare and submit Country-by-Country reporting
• Monitor and assess changes in tax laws and regulations

Global Tax Manager

• Track and record customer payments in the system
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare customer statements and AR aging reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
• AR ledger Balance confirmation & reconciliation with Debtors
• Intercompany AR Handling
• Support E-invoicing
• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring correct accounting entries and GST treatment.
• Prepare and execute timely vendor payments in line with company policies.
• Process foreign currency remittances through forward currency contracts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records and aging reports.
• Ensure compliance with TDS regulations on vendor payments.
• AP ledger Balance confirmation & reconciliation with Creditors.
• Intercompany AP Handling
• Perform reconciliation of GST returns with accounting records.
• Perform TDS reconciliation and ensure accurate reporting and filings.
• Support monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and ledger accounts.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports.
• Support variance analysis and review of financial data.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions.
• Assist in audits and statutory compliance requirements as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
• Support and contribute to Global accounting projects or initiatives.
