About the role
- Own the technical roadmap and architecture of NetSuite ERP, ensuring alignment with Finance and Operations needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Act as the primary technical partner for Finance and Operations teams, understanding their processes and challenges to deliver effective solutions.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial and operational workflows such as P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, GL, Procurement, Inventory, and Fulfillment.
- Lead and execute ERP-related projects end-to-end, including testing, documentation, training, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with internal controls and best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and business users on ERP capabilities and usage.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including Finance and Operations modules (P2P, O2C, FA, GL, Procurement, Inventory, Fulfillment).
- Strong understanding of financial processes; CPA or equivalent background is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Background in Hi-Tech or SaaS companies, preferably with subscription-based models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field – an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
