About the role
- Develop high-impact scientific sales materials (application notes, technical briefs, PowerPoint presentations, FAQs)
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to translate product features into rigorous, benefit-focused scientific messaging
- Ensure all content is technically accurate, compliant, and aligned with the brand voice
- Lead the development of case studies highlighting real-world applications
- Maintain a balance between technical depth and readability for different audience segments
- Manage scientific messaging on the website, ensuring clarity, consistency, and SEO optimization
- Develop and manage educational and product content for relevant digital platforms, including WeChat
- Write and edit blog articles that communicate advanced topics in an accessible and engaging way
- Establish and manage a centralized library of scientific content
- Ensure version control, accuracy, and accessibility of all scientific marketing materials
- Lead the development of detailed campaign materials such as brochures and technical guides
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, biomedical sciences, or a related scientific field
- More than 2 years of experience in technical writing, scientific communication, or a related area
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and concisely summarize complex scientific data and publications
- Excellent scientific writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with scientific teams and R&D
- Interest and aptitude for creating relevant visuals for content; experience with PowerPoint, BioRender, or other platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO strategies is a plus
