Salesforce Administrator

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, and other admin tasks
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users to enhance their Salesforce proficiency
• Perform regular data management tasks, such as data imports, data cleanup, and duplicate record management for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success
• Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Communicate with cross functional stakeholders and end users from Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to groom requirements and conduct root cause analysis
