About the role
- Provides direct and indirect supervision to subordinate managers and employees performing diverse roles within large sites.
- Accountable for projects or programs on a multi-functional, national, or regional basis.
- Manages a team of professionals providing expertise in engineering operations in support of production business units.
- Responsible for developing policies and establishing long-term plans/objectives.
- Reviews employees’ performance and recommends employee compensation; coaches for improved performance and disciplines as necessary.
Requirements
- Nine plus years’ relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced studies in Business/Operations/Technology are recommended.
