About the role
- Work as a member of a team responsible for customer account activities
- Ensure product deliveries are on time and projects are on schedule
- Manage customer account profitability and prepare pricing/bid
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Communicate with customers regarding satisfaction and product information
- Co-ordinate regular program tracking meetings with customers
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process and SCM
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
