About the role
- Help with design, work with experts in the field, help in testing, documenting test results
- Interns will engage in frequent hands-on lab work, including the operation of power tools (such as drills, dremels, etc.)
- Exposed to product definition and development for Hyperscale products
- Exposed to full life cycle of product development in Networking, storage and servers
- Expose to high end thermal design from air cooling to liquid cooling
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering Program
- Knowledge of heat transfer, mechanical design (Creo, Solidworks)
- Ability to learn new tools in design and testing
- Capability to effectively work cross-functionally
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent analytical, report writing and problem solving skills
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
