About the role
- Provide leadership to the IT Solutions team for Systems analysis, design, development and support
- Manage and oversee cross-functional projects
- Manage and motivate a team to a common goal
- Oversee budgets and investments for a medium to large site
- Integrate and manage external service suppliers
- Perform and support change management activities
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Information Technology
- At least 4 years within manufacturing
- Preferably 1+ years within the Electronics Manufacturing Services or Contract Manufacturing Sector
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis
- Knowledge of management methodologies and finance
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate budgets and plans with business owners and financial controllers
- Broad knowledge of Celestica IT architecture strategies
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure & Networking & Application Development LifeCycle
- Understanding of an electronic manufacturing environment, materials and processes
- Understanding of SCM and manufacturing processes and ERP applications.
