About the role
- Drive the planning and inventory processes at the site
- Manage material shortages and ensure timely demand management
- Collaborate with various teams to achieve inventory targets
- Perform financial impact analysis to mitigate inventory risk
- Lead team in maintaining continuous material supply and execute SIOP process
- Ensure proper training and performance management within the SCM team
- Collaborate with customers to meet forecast commitments
- Manage annual physical inventory and site surplus processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials Management, Engineering or related field
- Broad knowledge of electronic manufacturing environment, materials and processes
- In-depth knowledge of global supply chain management, distribution methods, and inventory management
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- ERP System logic understanding
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Basic statistical analysis applied to supply chain
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse group of employees
