About the role
- Provide leadership to the IT Solutions team for systems analysis, design, development, and support
- Oversee and lead systems analysis, design, development, and support for existing Global IT Systems
- Manage and oversee cross-functional projects
- Manage and motivate a team toward a common goal
- Oversee budgets and investments for a medium to large site
- Integrate and manage external service suppliers
- Perform and support change management activities
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Information Technology
- At least 4 years within manufacturing
- 1+ years within Electronics Manufacturing Services or Contract Manufacturing Sector
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of management methodologies and finance
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Good understanding of IT requirements for an end-to-end solution including security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk analysis
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Broad knowledge/experience with application integration and technical analysis
